This location is wonderful to stay at. I have been coming here weekly with work and have interacted with all of the staff. Everyone is great, very helpful and friendly! The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and the water pressure is great in the showers!! I will definitely be coming back here!
From the customer service at the front desk, to the cleanliness of the room, to the delicious breakfast. It was a great stay! The bed was so comfortable, I could have slept in it all day.... If I had one request, it would have been strawberries and whipped cream for a the waffles. Haha... But maple syrup is good too. :) Thanks for a great night. If were ever back in Chatham, we'll be sure to book with you!
Awesome rates with complimentary coffee and breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows, and I would know because I have degenerative disc disease. Very clean and modern bathroom and shower. The fella at reception was very helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to get me settled in quickly. One of the things I like most about staying here is that all the staff are unionized. The Comfort Inn is the only hotel that I will stay at in Chatham from now on because of that.

I had a great stay at the beginning of July at this Comfort Inn. The room was clean and quiet. It was a very hot night but the air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool. I was a single female traveling on my own and felt very safe. The breakfast was great too. They even let me check out late with no issues. I will be back for sure!
As far as budget hotels go, this one is pretty decent. Room, bathroom and towels were clean, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Typical hot breakfast - nothing special, but not bad. I was here in the summer and I will say it felt damp constantly, even with the A/C running. It smelled musty every time I came back to the room, and towels would take forever to dry. Probably not the best ventilation. Overall, not a bad place to stay for a few nights.
The rooms are clean, well maintained and quiet. The breakfast was adequate with a couple hot items (eggs and sausage one day, eggs and bacon the next). Frozen gluten muffins on request. Waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, tea, coffee and juice.
Came for a concert, only our 2nd time in Chatham, but first time here. We got a room on the 2nd floor (only reached by stairs). A little outdated but very clean. Bed was very comfortable, I had no issues sleeping. Man at the desk was very nice to deal with. Never had the breakfast so I can't comment on it. Good place to stay.
Stay for 1 night. As the hotel information and other reviews 2nd floor access is my stairs. The stairs were in the lobby and easy to manage. The bed was comfortable. Everyone I interacted with kind and professional. I didn’t have breakfast but the area looked clean and well stocked. When I checked in you could see the fridge that was stocked with yogurt. I would recommend
Typical motel. This building is not concrete construction. So the noise level is a little above average. Clean room, a little bit dated. Ample parking.
